This cost covers the following: Electronic repair labor, Recapping power supply (if needed), New ultra-low noise fan (if needed), common components (under $10) and US return shipping.

Expensive parts (Display, some IC's etc.) are not included.

If your counter fails self tests or is inoperative or doesn't turn-on it can be repaired!

We can also refurb your unit with physical damage.

How it works

1. After paying for this service we will provide you with the shipping address.

Before you ship your counter, please tell the problems you experience with it and send some pictures to show the physical condition of your unit to avoid future problems during transit. Shipping insurance is highly recommended.

Please pack your unit very well. Your meter may be shipped back using your original shipping box.

2. We will repair your instrument, test it and ship it back to you.

Return shipping is included in the price of this listing.

This listing is for a REPAIR SERVICE of your 53131A/53132A/53181A only. You will have to send your counter for repair. 

We will repair and mail the multimeter back to you within 48-96 business hours after receiving the unit. We use Fedex or UPS ground service.  

When you ship your counter for repair, please let us know the tracking number.

In most cases, we do not repair burned boards with severe damage around the front connectors.

If your counter can't be repaired there is no repairing fee. We will refund your money and you pay for shipping back only. 

All of our labor and parts are warrantied for 1 year against repeated identical failure from the date of return shipping.
