Before you ship your power supply, please describe problems you experience with it and send some pictures to show the physical condition of your unit to avoid future problems during transit. Shipping insurance is highly recommended.

Please pack your unit very well. Your PSU may be shipped back using your original shipping box.

2. We will repair your power supply, test it and ship it back to you. 

Return shipping is included in the price of this listing.

You will have to send your power supply for repair. We will repair and mail it back to you within 48-96 business hours after receiving the unit. 

When you ship your PSU for repair, please let us know the tracking number.

If your power supply can't be repaired there is no repair fee. We will refund your money and you pay for shipping back only.

All of our labor and parts are warrantied for 1 year against repeated identical failure from the date of return shipping.
