Just replaced a fairly dim VFD and this looks fantastic! Took about 2 hours for the whole job with a manual solder sucker. If you don't want to save the old display a chop job would be much quicker. Instructions have some good tips on disassembly which I wish I had known the first time I took one of these apart. Ordered a second one for my other meter once it's display starts to go!

The display is of excellent quality, and the install was fairly simple (I used a desoldering gun to get the old display out). The included instructions on how to disassemble the front panel were absolutely invaluable. I'm sure I would have broken stuff trying to get it out if it wasn't for these instructions. Great product & great support. Thanks!
